Our Services

Editing and Proof-reading

Your presentation has the greatest effect the first time it is seen, so you need to make it impressive.  The message has to stand out, be unique, different, and vibrant.  That’s where Greentree comes in.  We can build it from the ground up or work with a format you already have.  Either way, we’ll work closely with you one-on-one to determine exactly who your target audience is and how best to reach them, determining such things as optimal style, medium, and format.

What’s the difference?

Editing is to prepare material for publication by correcting, condensing, or otherwise modifying it.   We look at the grammar, spelling, punctuation, structure, organization, continuity, style of writing and clarity – and correct it so it can flow effortlessly to your audience.

Proof-reading is to read in order to detect and mark errors to be corrected.  Greentree will oversee your documents for errors such as spelling, changes in style, and punctuation.

Greentree also provides these services for previously-edited material.

Translation is to express the sense of words or text in another language.  Greentree will translate your documents so that every nuance and subtlety is kept, even though the readers are viewing it through a different cultural lens.

We are native English- and French-language speakers and writers.  Native-language speakers are the best available, as that language is the first they learned…proper and creative use of it just comes naturally!  Greentree can handle all your translation needs for English and French, allowing you to reach both markets quickly and professionally.  Whether you need simple translation or translation-and-editing for top-notch efficiency, we can do it quickly.
